Working visit of Nursultan Kurman to the city of Karaganda

The President of the Futsal Association of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Kurman, paid a working visit to Karaganda. His first stop was the tourist information center Visit Karaganda, where prospects for developing sports tourism in the region were discussed.

One of the key directions was the creation of the mini-football team “Karaganda”, which will take part in the Futsal Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Their opponents will include renowned clubs such as “Kairat”, “Semey”, and other holders of European trophies.

Sport as a driver of tourism — this idea formed the foundation of the visit. Hosting major sporting events, matches, and tournaments, as well as the participation of a regional team in national championships, not only enhances the region’s image but also attracts fans, family travelers, and guests from other regions.

Karaganda has the potential to become a point of attraction for sports tourists, and the development of futsal opens new opportunities for creating tourism products and promoting the region as an active center of sports tourism.
