From November 10 to 14, the staff of the Tourism Department of the Karaganda Region and Visit Karaganda participated in training under the program “Tourism Leadership Academy.”
The program was aimed at developing competitive specialists and provided a concentrated knowledge base from the leaders of Kazakh Tourism, business owners, and leading industry experts.
Completion of the program marked an important step in enhancing the professional skills of the staff of the Tourism Department of the Karaganda Region and Visit Karaganda, as well as in improving the quality of service for guests of the region.
