19 mobile teams from specialists of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Karaganda region, as wellas the Committee on Economy and Wildlife of the Regional Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan will patrol spruce and pine growing areas in Karaganda, Prishakhta, Saransk, Shakhty, Temirtau, Abai and Bukhar-Zhyra districts. Patrols will protect young pine trees from those who want to cut down and betray the New Year.
On December 1, the State Forest Fund and the green zone of Karaganda, Prishakhtinsk, Temirtau, Sarani, Abay, Shakhtinsk, as well as in the Bukhara-Zhyrau district began New Year's protection of coniferous treesу.
All the efforts of the forest guardі are aimed at round-the-clock monitoring and patrolling the territory of the I State Forest Fund. 19 mobile groups and 5 mobile posts were created. Members of the mobile team should take the necessary measures to strengthen the protection of young coniferous trees on New Year's Eve.
Joint raids are conducted by employees of the Karaganda Regional Territorial Inspectorate of Forestry and Wildlife and the local police service of the Karaganda Region Police Department.
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 381-1 of the Code of Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2, a fine of 100 MCI is provided for individuals for illegal felling of young coniferous trees, and for one felled coniferous tree, the damage is 15 MCI.
So far, no violations of forest legislation have been registered in the territory of the Karaganda State Forest Fund and partner cities.
